Apr 26, 2015 13:03:36		Hey guys, I am a little behind in the times, but started catching back up. I was wondering if the current adventure hook runs after, or at the same time as the Tiamat time line. Also, are the Tiamat games still valid for AL play?

Tyranny of Dragons SL takes place mostly in 1489 DR with some extension into 1490 DR.  Elemental Evil takes place in 1491 DR.

 

All published products (Lost Mines of Phandelver, Hoard of the Dragon Queen, Rise of Tiamat, Princes of the Apocolypse) and released AL Expeditions (DDEX1-1 through DDEX1-14, DDEX2-1 through DDEX2-4) are currently legal for Adventurer's League play. 

 

DDEX2-5 through DDEX2-7 become legal for play on May 1st.  Those three adventures are being released later today.

The neccesities of Organized Play allow PCs to jump around in space and time in order to take part if the various adventures.   Just a few weeks ago my Warlock was dealing with some bandits along the Iron Route, and  in a blink of an eye, found himself in a hospice in Mulmaster 18 months later.  Its kinda cool...
