Question as a DM for this very soon

 

A) Whilst this is only 34 pages in length, combing the Grotto and the Chase may make this very long.  Was this the effect for anyone else?

 

B) The Cavern. The Hammers meet with the group. Now if the group DOES hand over the Book and Boltsmelter to the Dwarves. The Cultists attack.

 

If the party defeats their opponents, are there only 2 survivors still assuming the book wasnt taken? Now if the party is now aware that the Book belongs to the Dwarves.. whats to stop them just eith escorting the Dwarves and their prisoner back? Am a little confused at this point. If the book and Dwarf have been handed over then there is no reason for the Party to go to the node?
