Character Perma Death & Magic Items.

Hi guys,

 

Had a thought, what happens to magic items & certs if a character is perma killed and does not get resurrected.

The admins are on record as saying that AL does not want to encourage 'vulture' style play, where PCs deliberately let other PCs perish so that they might have a chance to loot their magic items.

 

Based on that, I'd rule that a PC that is not (due to player choice) or cannot be (due to the circumstances of death) brought back from the dead after a module takes all her magical items and treasure to the grave with her.
