#1 Inquistor Aug 20, 2014 16:25:27	So I will be running The Hoard of the Dragon Queen for my home group and would like it to count as part of the Adventurers League. How do I go about reporting events and also getting the DCI numbers for my players for said events?
#2 DM_HEEGZ Aug 20, 2014 18:31:00	I'm in the process of trying to figure this out as well. I sent an email to DCI@wizards.com per the website instructions but that address appears to be broken. My next plan is to email customer support again, when I get around to it...   [edit] I forced myself to send a support ticket just now and will try to report back with what they tell me.

#4 shivafang Aug 20, 2014 21:58:27	Unofficial (but well-read) answer here;   From what I can tell, home and online games do not need to be registered with the DCI (The ALPG only says that public game need to be registered and doesn't say anything either way about home or online games.)   From the section on what DMs need - the DM needs a DCI number.  I can't find anything that suggests that players need a DCI number unless they are playing in a public game.   Hopefully that will point you in the right direction until (or unless) someone more official responds.
#5 Raddu76 Aug 21, 2014 13:00:23	Hey folks,   If you're running home games neither the players or DMs need to have DCI numbers. If they have them, great. If not, the first time they play at an in-store event or convention they can get a DCI#.
#6 M_Aurelius Aug 21, 2014 17:53:26	Ah thats great.  So we can take our Horde of the Dragon Queen characters to Pax East for example and play them there?  Also, as far as magic items though, they need a certificate, so anything we get from the campaign is not legal at the Cons?
