Do Expeditions DMs get a folio?

Are the player and DM folios only for Encounters, or do DMs running Expeditions events (and players, for that matter) get a folio as well?

Where do you get these anyway? Been looking through the online resources and stuff and haven't seen them anywhere.

Stores got them when they signed up for Encounters.
