When playing Adventure League modules, will the module "award" downtime to be spent between modules?

Yep, every adventure says how long between adventures. This looks like an awesome feature!

down time can be used for like crafting extra healing. I havent seen rules on magic item creation yet

In the ALPG there are two special activities you can participate in and when you hit rank 3 with your faction you'll be allowed a special activity from them (This hasn't been released yet, but give it time, the only draft of the ALPG out is 1.0.
