#1 Nevvur Apr 22, 2015 2:20:12	If I see someone selling these things online (e-bay, craigslist, etc.) should it be reported? To whom?
#2 Primarchx Apr 22, 2015 6:11:55	It's bad form, I suppose, and magic item certs need to be backed up by a log entry showing how/when it was awarded to be used in play (if the AL DM actually asks...).  Beyond that, those items are the seller's property (assuming they didn't obtain them illegally or by breaking an agreement with WotC) and they should be able to do with them what they want.   Like it or not, things like this always happen when you create a limited number of desirable items.  Look at the mess that Record Store Day has become - more about snagging the collectables than enjoying music.
