#1 urbanfractal Aug 20, 2014 1:23:23	Greetings and Salutations,   First of all I would like to apologise if some of these issues have been tackled/answered already. So, here's what I try to find suggestions and, perhaps solutions, for: 1. Is it possible to run Encounters on a different day than Wednesday? What if the majority of realy eager players are available on Thursday or Friday for example, how can one handle the WER scheduling and reporting?   2. Can/Should a player from one Encounter group join another one, due to the first group quitting? Should some prerequisites be met? 3. Concerning the Encounter Episode XP gain and limit, why not implement the Milestone system (I found it weird the AL guide expressly disallows that)? 4. Must a player spend Downtime points to join a Faction if he/she never chose in to begin with, or is it free to do so at will? Can he/she drop that Faction later and join a different one, with whatever reprecussions this will have? #2 Alphastream Aug 20, 2014 14:53:45	1. No. Encounters has to run on Wednesdays. Stores can get in trouble for that.  2. If you have several tables running on Wednesday, players may move between those tables as desired. It is up to the organizers and players.  3. Every campaign tries out new things. It's how we learn what works best across the years. So far, this system is getting some good praise, but it of course won't be perfect or meet everyone's preference.  4. I believe these are all covered in the Players Guide?
#3 Blade2718 Aug 23, 2014 7:41:16	This current season, the Encounters adventure is identical to the first published adventure, Hoard of the Dragon Queen, so you could just play HotDQ and log it as home play on a non-Wednesday.
