Harper's Pin - Real Metal Pin for RP

Does anyone know where I can acutally purchase a real metal Harper's Pin to wear while playing in the Adventurer's League?  I have been searching the interwebs but I only see discusions on what it looks like and the size, not actually obtaining one. 

 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I could have sworn I saw (somewhere?) feats that improve and build off of Magic Initiate.  Was I dreaming that?  Or am I missing something right under my nose?
