I'm not sure about this, so I wanted someone else's opinion.

I want to create a Warlock knight of Vassa. I want him to be a LE Paladin (oath of vengeance) of Bane multiclass Warlock. Do the rules allow this? i couldn't find anywhere where it says Paladin's can't be evil.

No problems at all, especially Oath of Vengeance.  Some of the Oaths can be hard to follow under certain alignments, but there are no formal alignment restrictions on the Paladin (or any other) class.  Bane commonly works with Devils; he might even be involved in your 'Acquired Powers' as a Warlock

Is that who the Warlock Knights worship? I wanted to play something similar, but I wasn't sure about having a second LE character.

That is an interesting concept.

From an Adventurers League perspective, you're pretty much set -- nothing prevents your character from being Lawful Evil or worshipping an evil deity. The only restriction is that only the Zhentarim and Lords' Alliance factions are available to this character (though the actual text suggests that you must be a member of that faction first in order to have a Lawful Evil alignment).

From a Realmslore perspective, the Warlock Knights were a Spellplague-era organization that ostensibly worshipped a dead primordial, but there were suggestions (mainly in a DDI article in Dragon magazine) that suggested that the reality was that the old Witch King Zhengyi (an ancient lich who ruled Vaasa prior to the Spellplague) had made the iron corpse of the primordial into his phylactery (though this was never explicitly stated anywhere) and was using the Warlock Knights to plot his return to the world.

I kinda get the feeling that LE paladins are going to be to AL what pacifist clerics were to LFR -- everybody has at least one in their character stable. (I know I do!)

One of the things I love about fith how the "greater good" is open to interpretation beyond the standard Alignment.  My current (first) character is a Halfling Chaotic Neutral Vengance Paladin of Mask.  Basically replace "Good" with "Freedom" on the vows.  He grew up as an urchin and has his vengence against those that hide behind the Law to enlsave or keep down the weak.  He loves throwing himself in front of danger (sword and board with duelest), but usually defines the best way to protect the party is making sure he's healed before seeing to an injuries among the group.  Can stand in for a rogue when it comes to sneaking or open locks, but has big troubles when it comes to actually finding traps.
