Ok I was wondering, does the special rule from the DMG saying that if you drink a potion, while an other potion is still affecting you the 2 potions can interact between each other and cause secondary effect. then one of those effect is to be permanently affected by a potion.

So for example, before fighting Tiamat in Rise of Tiamat my Barbarian drink the potion of flying and the potion of giant strenght (23 strenght) then I roll 99, and the DM tell me that I get permanently 23 strenght. Is this ruling available ONLY for that session? or do I write this on my log sheet and if I go to a convention the DM have to accept that I got lucky got a permanent potion effect?

or does the "drink multiple potion" rule do not apply in AL solving the problem before it can even become one?

That is listed as a Variant Rule in the DMG, and the DnDAL specifically does not use Variant Rules unless they are called out in the PG (like Variant Human).

So in adventure league a caracter can drink 3 differents potions if he want without fear of the potion exploding in his face and without the chance for the potion to become pemanent?
