New D&D AL Organizer Questions

Greetings everuone,

 

I apologize in advance if this has been answered.  I am the new Organizer for the AL games for my local FLGS and I had a few questions.

 

1.  I know I came in right at the start of the season so what can I expect to be sent to me?  When I scheduled my events, it mentioned it will send me enough materials for x number of tables, etc...

2.  When will the password to the Encounters and Expiditions Adventures be send to me?  I think I read somewhere that it was two weeks before my first scheduled event, but I can't remember.

3.  Will the password be sent to the Owner of the store or me?  I only ask this ebcause my owner is fairly laissez-faire when it comes to this and I'm trying to be very proactive.
