#3 BRJN May 30, 2015 15:34:58	You might want to look over Princes of the Apocalypse.  I have not read it myself (so my advice may be priceless or it may be worthless) but I have heard that there are ways to get an L4-5 party into the action directly.  It also just happens to be "right over yon hills" from Phandelver.   If you do go with HotDQ, your up-levelled party might straight-out defeat the Cultist raiding party in Ep1.  In that case, edit the Ep2 plot so the Cult sends out a rearguard to delay the PCs while the camp breaks up and hauls their booty out.  Then resume at Ep3 as written (the camp is almost abandoned).  The group should not need to level-up through any of this, reaching L5 in time for Ep5. and then continuing book-as-written thereafter.
