Just a couple of notes on the 5e Player's Handbook. In this report, spells.
The Paladin Spells list shows a 5th-level spell called Destructive Smite (PHB p.209). The spell description section calls it Destructive Wave instead (p.231). I'm not sure which is correct, in that with this spell you strike the ground, rather than an opponent, but the effect ripples outward like a wave.
The Wizard Spells list shows an 8th-level spell (PHB p.211), Trap the Soul, which does not seem to have a spell description in the book. The description ought to be on page 283, between Transport via Plants and Tree Stride.
No, I don't yet have a Paladin who can cast 5th-level spells or a Wizard capable of casting 8th-level spells.
Yet. 
Anybody else catch anything we should know about?
