Potions: There seems to be a problem here...

I recently created a new character for Adventurer's League play. I took the Hermit Background and gained proficiency in the Herbalist's Kit as well as got one from the equipment pack. Anyone know how potion crafting works in formal play? Because if I found the right rules, it costs 100 gold, 4 days, a minimum character level of 3rd, and a spell to create a potion of healing, while a potion itself can be purchased for 50 gold. I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say that this is some sort of oversight or something. Or am I missing something? Are there specific rules for crafting potions I'm not aware of? I need to know, not just for myself, but for another player as well that also has the Hermit background and Herbalist's Kit.

Never mind, guys. Someone on Enworld Forums posted a link to help me there.

Keep in mind that you also have to pay your lifestyle costs for the full 10 downtime days. At the highest lifestyle (aristocratic) - this will cost you an extra 100gp (plus the cost of the potion) - for a total of 125g/ea

To break even (or save money) with the cost of buying a healing potion, your lifestyle costs need to be 2.5g/day or less.

By the way, if you decide you don't actually want to bother with the herbalist's kit, you could always use the rebuilding rules and switch that tool proficiency out for another tool proficiency (or a language) instead.

Ah yes, I forgot about potions being regular crafting for AL. All good.
