#4 Kalani Feb 17, 2015 13:49:33	JC has stated that you still need a free hand to load the crossbow (loading ammunition should not be confused with the loading property, which prohibits the xbow from being fired more than once/round), but that you can take both your attack action, and crossbow expert bonus action with the same hand crossbow.
#5 Primarchx Feb 17, 2015 14:03:22	Until AL announces another source of acceptable rules clarifications I reserve the right as the DM to make the final call on areas not explicitly covered by the PHB.  Yes, this will lead to different rulings by different DMs and is how it has to be as there will never be a complete reference for all situations.
#6 Kalani Feb 17, 2015 14:11:27	Would you count the articles on the dndadventurersleague.org website as another source of rules clarifications? It does have a FAQ relating to AL specifically, as well as a handful of articles which are helpful to any AL DM.

To the contrary, they frequently rely on DMs to fix things at the table, which can lead to really bad experiences for players in OP.
