Hi ,
I have a few questions re Shackles of Blood which seems a very interesting take on a scenario. Be careful, obviously there will be spoilers
A)In the Red Plume Encampment, is the scaling for the Ambush supposed to also to be used at the camp location too?
B) The 6 Red Plumes arriving are taken from the Ambush numbers right? Do the other 6 plus the Captain just remain at the Ambush site?
(Im not full expecting an issue capturing the party here but sometimes groups get lucky)
Say the group (Im thinking in particular of one of my Expeditions groups who are quite good at the covert stuff) manage to pass themselves off as Red Plumes, what should I do? They find out the Halflings are being held at the Arena? I dont see how to get them from that point into the Arena.

The one thing you absolutely want to avoid is a long tedious fight that eats up the time. Try hard to beat them quickly or get them to surrender/run away.
THanks. Its not coming up for while yet, but it reminds me of some of the old Darksun stuff I ran when the party either started as slaves or I captured them early on as slaves

Am Looking forward to it (and as one player told me last weekend after Cloaks and Shadow.. Im looking forward to Not having to worry about casting Flaming Sphere.. but sad about not being able to purchase scrolls to scribe with anymore).
