I am a DM at a store that works with thoughs on night shift. We have sessions for encounters at 1230pm 3pm and 630pm. A few players are complaining that the 1230 and 3pm sessions are not legal in AL. Store organizer is sure it's fine but we do not want to get reported for hosting sessions out side the guide lines.

Anyone have a link showing if this is legal or not?

Anyone else having these issues? We have a larger following at the 1230 and 3pm sessions then at 6pm due to how many Night Shift workers we have

If they were making complaints, then they should have produced the text from the AL site that said it.

That said, what if you don't run games on a Wednesday, because gaming in the middle of the week sucks?

Technically, If you are running AL on any day besides Wednesday, it is Casual Play, and not Encounters.

Only Encounters need be on Wednesday. Any of the other parts of the DnDAL program can be run on any day.
