| #1AelfflaedAug 19, 2014 11:11:56 | I filled out the form for my DCI at GenCon and have been trying to register it online and I keep getting this error:
There is a problem with the email you have entered. Please re-enter or contact customer service.
I've opened a ticket, but cust svc has been unhelpful so far. Does anyone know if the event organizers have to enter something online before I can register the DCI? It would help to know if I need to be patient because something has to be done before I can register or if I need to be persistent with the cust svc folks who just seem to want to close the ticket to get them to track down some kind of weird data issue w my account.
Thanks for the help. |

I tried to get a DCI registsred last year and never was 100% successful getting it to work (I get errors when I try to have it send me a password), even though I called WotC on the phone to try to get it rectified. I suspect my original email is hiding in their database somewhere, associated with a failed attempt to register my original DCI card, that WotC apparently cannot get to work nor excise from their system.
