Underdark Outposts in Out of the Abyss: Will there be any AL-specific rules?

As was shown in the thread linked above, Out of the Abyss will allow players to build outposts as a downtime activity. I was curious if the activity will work as written in the book or if there will be changes made to the rules to accommodate the drop-in nature of the AL. I figured since this activity was revealed weeks before the release of the book, it'd give the AL staff a chance to get ahead of any potential problems that could arise from an organized play setting where table population can vary from session to session.

My guess is the problem is that DownTime day activities are handled via the ALPG, which is written by WotC, not the AL Admins.  So I am guessing that any changes (such as allowing an outpost) would require the admins getting permission from WotC for any changes.

We'll probably wait until we get a full read on the book and the activity to make a determination on it.
