1) Are the spellcasting services listed in the ALPG and expeditions modules the only spells the characters may receive, or are there provisions for having other spells cast on a PC's behalf? Specifically, a wizard player at my table is considering taking Gentle Repose, but only if he can have Revivify cast by a cleric in town. (the regular group lacks anyone who can cast Revivify normally)
2) Any hints about the faction rank benefits for Rank 2 and 4? Or is that still hush hush (or undetermined)?
1. The spells on the table are the only spells you can receive.
2. Hush hush for now! 
Only those specific spells are offered as spell casting services. Revify must be cast by a PC for the same reasons as Reincarnate. There is a FAQ entry on this, but I cannot quote it from my phone.
