so I have been frustrated to find the only time I can participle in adventure league or expeditions is Wednesday nights.  Is this really true?  Sadly this is the single evening I work.  Any other options or suggestions?

No, its not true. Encounters runs on Wednesdays but you can play the Expeditions or Epics any time. And you can play any of the published products (even the ones played for Encounters) at other times as a Casual Play event that is still legal for DnDAL.

Wow.  That's heartening.  I would love to be involved. I will bet I need to read more to fully understand.  Handy links appreciated but I will start poking around the Wizards site to find documents...

Wednesday is "Encounters Night"... so it is the most common and most likely games you will find.  But they *can* play any of the adventures at any time.  You will often find a store running Expeditions on the weekends (for example)

Also, AL Online play is picking up pretty well.  There are several PotA and Expeditions being offered on different days of the week.

I see that roll20 and fantasy grounds may be one avenue to do this too!  I appreciate the help!

I'm curious about the thought process when WoTC went with Wednesday Nights for encounters.  The one game store in the NW corner of Atlanta, Dr. Nos in Marietta, doesn't host Encounters on Wednesday nights due to it being the busy night of New comics hitting the shelf.  Anyone else have a similar situation or does it just happen to be the store I frequent?  Dr Nos is a WPN store but mainly for Magic I believe.
