Now that 4e is 'stablized' (ie, little or no new material), I wonder if...

After resources get freed up once Next comes out...

And/Or if there were volunteers to work on the material...

WotC would consider in putting together books (even if they're just PDF format) that consolidate all the material for a given class...

From the Player Handbooks, the Powers supplement manuals, Dragon articles, etc...

Into a series that would focus one 'manual' on each Class. Builds, Powers ofcourse, but also Class specific Feats, other suggested Feats and Skills, suggested magic items, Class/Race interactions.. suggested Race/Build combos.

So that, if you didn't have access to the Builder, you wouldn't have to have 10 manuals open on the kitchen table as you try to design your character.

Not sure how to handle Hybrids and Multi-Class feats, off the top of my head... but that would have to be considered as well.

I'd love to be able to open a book on - say Sorcerer Class - and have all the Builds and Powers in one place... as well as all the Paragon Paths and applicable Feats. Along with some suggested builds.
