If there are more heroic-tier artifacts, chances are they'd be in the Adventurer's Vault, the upcoming 4e version of the Arms and Equipment Guide crossed with the Magic Item Compendium. |

I totally agree. but if the fighter has the coat of Arnd for a level or two, then later the wizard get's the Wand of Doom for a level or two... |
