Does anyone know if there are plans for a book covering devils and the nine levels of hell?

The Hells should be covered in the Astral Sea book coming out in a few months.

Still does anyone think that perhaps the Nine Hells, and the Abyss for that matter kind of deserve their own books? I felt a little cheated with the Plane Below. Eefreets etc. are great, but I want more of the infinite Abyss and the goals of the Demons.

I think the PoL theory of a little bit on safe havens, and lots on places with tasty conflict/adventure areas would be a bit better served by REALLY letting us have more on the Abyss and on the Nine Hells, pretty much the only place we kept going to back in the days of Planescape, while the Outlands, Mt. Celestia, etc. served as more  boxes of text in between "After spending three cute days in Bytopia your heroes feel refreshed and the glowing gnomes give you a shiny new dagger . . . ANYWAY let's go kill Glasya"

I suppose if there is enough material able to be produced to have full books dedicated to both locations they can still release them, just think of the planes above/below as primers for the locations similar to how manual of the planes gave a brief description of all the planes.

Fortunate for you, then, the WotC is coming out with Demonomicon this summer. I'd imagine that it'll have plenty of info on the Abyss in it.

Don't believe me? Click this link!

And as there is going to be a sourcebook devoted purely to the Abyss, I could see a sourcebook devoted purely to the Hells appearing at some point.

Maybe Dragon's Codex of Betrayal in book form?
