| #1ausolionDec 09, 2008 0:00:33 | I've looked at the abilities of some of the playable races in the monster manual and dragon magazines as enemies, and noticed that they all have some abilities that the players don't have the option to choose. Example:Ghedrin from the dragon magazine article "Her Majesty's Secret Servants" has the ability to use a dragon breath power at will. Can't there be a substitution for all dragonborn to use a small version of dragonbreath, for less damage and effect than the encounter power, for every class? And this could go for the rest of the races. maybe it could be feats. |
