| #1nightkMay 14, 2011 16:55:38 | I'd like to see a board game about the temple of elemental evil in the vein of the recent D&D board games like Castle Ravenloft and Wrath of Ashardalon. These series of D&D board games that can be combined are awesome and fun, and they seem to be set in epic dungeons or memorable adventures from the D&D universe, so I found teh temple of elemental evil to be a perfect pick for a board game of this kind. What do you think? |

In the board game you could play leaders of various elemental factions seeking domination of the Temple. Or you can play heroes playing the factions off one another. |

Castle ravenloft isn't for low levels either and a good adaption to the board needs not to mirror every aspect of the Temple Campaign. I mean, we have castle ravenloft, wrath of ashardalon and upcoming The legend of Drizzt, I'd say that those are all high level adventures. |

This could actually work as long as there are expansion packs that go along with the main board game. It could also make perpetual money for WOTC in the long run without the high overhead costs of making an entire new boardgame every 3 months. Temple of Elemental Evil ---Main Boardgame $69.00 Expansion 1---$30.00 Expansion 2 and 3---$20.00 to $25.00 each. Hasbro----> MONEY IS GOD!---->Hasbro owns WOTC---->ToEE the boardgame is a good idea--->GO WITH IT!!!! |

I envision it as being sort of Risk meets Clue or Diplomacy meets Chess (depending on how random and complicated they make it) |
| #10mvincentMay 17, 2011 18:25:17 | I'd like to see a board game about the temple of elemental evil fwiw: ToEE does make an appearance in WotC's latest boardgame (i.e. it's one of the dungeons that "You can recruit heroes and send them into the dungeons to find treasure and magic items to help you win the game—provided you can defeat the monsters waiting there.") |
| #11nightkMay 19, 2011 4:05:53 | I was thinking of a Dungeon Crawler like these recent adventure games with the option to mesh several game contents. Like Zman123 sais, a core game and some expansions or even as stand-alone expansions would be great, I just love the D&D Adventure System and I hope that they develop many more epic adventures. |
