I like the new design of the stat cards help 4th Edition play. After some reading I noticed some differences. I checked the cards to monsters from the first Monster Manual and they are correct to what is in the book, but for the second Monster Manual the stats listed on the cards are different then whats listed in the book. Is there a problem with the cards or the book, or is the difference just to give variety? |

You will find that many times, the first time a monster from a new book is introduced with a Minature Set, the stats are off because all they have to go on is the playtest versions. My suggestion is to ignore the cards, and use the monsters from the actual books, whichever book it might come from, if available. |

The colors are pale and the faces look bad. Even if you compare the monsters in demonweb to dangerous delves the demonweb ones look much better. The packaging is the only improvement and I think at least 30% of the price is the super fancy packaging now. |
