| #2DuskweaverJan 20, 2009 1:37:42 | Ah, Looks like Ms. Fanservice, the corset-wearing wizardess from the PHB1 cover, is back. |
| #3karldark_dupJan 20, 2009 3:30:32 | usually fan service is panty shots and nakedness. **** in bodice is normal everyday thing... |
| #4suomihullu_dupJan 20, 2009 3:36:55 | Whether or not this is the final cover of the DMG2. I like it, I personally like the covers of the fourth edition books. |
| #5eratoJan 20, 2009 10:46:17 | Ah, Looks like Ms. Fanservice, the corset-wearing wizardess from the PHB1 cover, is back. Well, at least the guy looks different this time.... though still equally ugly ![]() |
| #6brotherjgizmoJan 20, 2009 12:55:26 | I don't know about fanservice, it seem to be the standard fare in rpgs now-a days. If they fanservice they could be more blatant about the sexual side of it. |
| #7suthornJan 20, 2009 13:36:43 | I don't like it. Not because the picture is bad, but because it doesn't speak of DMG to me... more like PHB, or possible the splash of a Domain of Dread article - looks like they're along side some chasm with a ghostly ruin on the otherside. |
| #8brotherjgizmoJan 20, 2009 13:41:48 | Well it evokes adventure while the PHB2 merely has two players without any story behind the picture. IT appears as if these adventurers are running away from something. |
| #9dreadarchonJan 21, 2009 14:48:11 | Hopefully the Uglyborn on the PHB cover didn't survive whatever it is that these guys are running from. |
| #10anubis_reynardJan 21, 2009 15:01:50 | Wait, Robin D. Laws worked on DMG2? I've read some of his (non-system specific) stuff on gamemastering! |
| #11brotherjgizmoJan 21, 2009 18:17:49 | What was it like? |
| #12GhostStepperJan 21, 2009 21:13:51 | Whats with all the covers with one male and one female? PHB, PHBII, DMGII, Dungeon Delve, Forgotten Realms Player's Guide...is there more im missing? Other than that i like the piece. Im still waiting for some genuinely buff and dangerously looking women on a cover but at least the guys looks appropriately badass. |
| #13TheLoneClericJan 22, 2009 11:36:39 | Wait, Robin D. Laws worked on DMG2? I've read some of his (non-system specific) stuff on gamemastering! Yes. I'm excited about this too. I'm a fan of Robin D. Laws as well. |
| #14BolongoJan 23, 2009 11:07:14 | Yes. I'm excited about this too. I'm a fan of Robin D. Laws as well. He's done some work in Open Grave too, it seems. Since he's only listed on the inside, and not on the front cover, I'd assume he's done a relatively small part of that one though. |
