I would love a system where I could log into a lobby that pretty much just simulates a table top game of D and D. We don't have to have all the rule sets hardcoded in there, just some sort of grid and the ability to pick up pieces, maybe upload images to the map, global dice rolls for all to see etc. Maybe voice chat, some DM controls like personal chat or locking some functions like figure movement away from players. Honestly I would pay for DnD insider if this was a part of it. If I could sit at the comp with my books and play a real game of D and D with all my friends from different parts of the country I'd be there in a heartbeat. I know I can't be the only guy to mention this so I thought I'd ask if there was anything like this in the works or already in place? |

WEIRD. \ * I know i is not new but it is new in that it is now free to play, I assumed this was 'cos they upgraded to 4E! |
