From what I've been hearing about the Tieflings book, the majority of the content in it gives Tieflings expanded, interesting, powerful and fluff-ful options, barely ANY of which revolve around Infernal Wrath.

This is a great piece of design, and I'd like to see it continue for any future PHB:Races books. A lot of existing racial feat support is very similar - Requires x class, when you Fey Step/Charge/Use Cloud of Darkness etc....

I regularly play Eladrin characters, and the racial feat section of the CB is a little depressing. Open it, 'Eladrin Soldier, check, the relevant Fey Step feat, check, close the drop down, never open it again'. Several other races have similar lists.

Racial support that doesn't revolve around one specific aspect of the class is far more interesting, and frankly, just more fun. My compliments to the designers on the Tieflings book, please continue in this direction! :D

I regularly play as a Dragonborn and the PHB: Dragonborn was almost a let down for me. While I loved, the amount of fluff and backstory, the crunch just wasn't there. A few feats and paragon paths were nice but for the most part easily out classed and I felt like I might of been better off without, barring Io's Challenge. Though I still loved it. Really I feel like the PHB: Races series is going to be more about fluff, which for the Roleplayers among us is brilliant. But what PHB: Tiefling has to to offer seems to be the perfect mix between the two and some impressive feats which I'm sure my girlfriend will love.

Regardless though, I hope in the future PHB: Races we get more original content particularly in terms of art, they have some of the best artist out there and I would love to see more. As a DM it is helpful to have the visual aids, it allows for better descriptions and in my particular case another source to draw from with my own artwork.  I suppose the books are more or less just catering to that good mixture of Fluff and Crunch type of players. But PHB: Tiefling does it better, learning from your past mistakes.

I have really enjoyed both PHB:Races books, and I have to agree that the mechanical options in the Tieflings book is generally more fun/interesting.  The Fluff material is top notch in both though.
