Ok,

so i played gameday, and I saw some things I have never herd of before. Starting with the fighter, he had a kick but special ability:

Steel Vanguard Veteran: You score critical hits on a 19 or 20 when using your at-will powers with your bastard sword.

Now I thought that was great, but is that from DMG2, or is it upcomeing Martial power II?

then the jafling barbarian has a thing that says: You wield 2 scimitars (1 off-hand)

Scimitars are not off hand how did he do it??? maybe a new feat (maybe multi into ranger old feat) but my guess is a new barbarian 2 weapon build becuse they have a 2 weapon at will (I belive) whirlwind rend, and a daily too tiger claw rage that gives your at wills miss damage...

I think both the second damage on the whirlwind and the miss damage from the rage aare the off hand second weapon...

Steel Vanguard Veteran

Prerequisite: Any martial class, proficiency with a two-handed heavy blade

You score critical hits on a 19 or 20 with any at-will exploit associated with this feat when using a two-handed heavy blade.

Does this look right, or did they change it?

The dual-wielding barbarian is one of the new builds in Primal Power. A little sneak peek if you will. I'd wondered about the fighter myself.

True, but in this case it could be evolution instead of error.  I seem to recall the feat in question being part of the Martial Power 2 playtest (though I can't find the article to confirm).
