| #1ben81Mar 26, 2009 13:02:59 | I can't find information about how to construct golems and what they cost on the market. Did I overlook something or is it maybe a topic in Arcane Power which isn't released yet? |
| #2daidojitaidoruMar 26, 2009 13:15:35 | They haven't given the rituals and construction info because they don't want PCs using the ritual. WotC doesn't like the idea of crafting new party members. |
| #3ben81Mar 26, 2009 14:31:58 | We aren't creating new party members, but want to have guards that proteect our house while we are adventuring ![]() |
| #4Seeker95Mar 26, 2009 15:36:09 | The DM should use this as an opportunity to throw a quest at you. :D That they are level 12 and level 17 encounters leads me to believe they are not cheap. At all. |
| #5doneisiMar 26, 2009 15:38:57 | If you want to play with a combat golem in your party, have one of the players play as a warforged. |
| #6sigil_beguilerMar 26, 2009 15:40:58 | Create Golem I am glad I copied those rituals that weren't rituals that appeared on the Compendium all those months ago. |
| #7n647Mar 26, 2009 16:05:26 | dosn`t exist probably won`t exist either as it could unbalance things in some way |
| #8samyueruMar 26, 2009 16:09:48 | dosn`t exist It did though, which he said. |
| #9undraveMar 26, 2009 16:40:00 | At low level you can replace golems with Homunculus though... just have them protect an area. I think a quest for one if the PC really want it, with the DM playing the golem as an NPC would work better than any clunky rule set. Especially if its only to act as a guard dog. |
| #10Xaielao2Mar 26, 2009 16:42:46 | If you want to find a ritual to create a house guardian golem, thats a prime example of something your DM should dream up, and create an adventure to obtain the ritual as well as the ingredients. ![]() |

It's ritual is actually the same as the Golem, just the Market Price is now 5000. |
| #12undraveMar 26, 2009 17:34:58 | 5000 is ridiculous for low level PC. Getting someone to lend you one as a quest reward would be the easiest way. |
