The Githzerai article implies there's 2 other classes that use power points, and that wisdom is a secondary ability score for both of them. There was an off-hand comment from a developer about an Empath leader, but no follow up to that. And we suspect the other 2 will probably resemble classes that existed in 3.5. So I'm guessing the defender the "psychic warrior" will probably have a bunch of at-wills that do 1[W] + ability mod damage, and +[W] and additional effects depending on how many power points spent. |

He can maintain his concentration on one easilly enough, two if he focuses, and three (or for on an action point) if he does absolutely nothing else. |

The empath would deal with psychological realms and draw out the inner strength of his allies. A concept I had for an Empath power or feature or something was that the Empath transfers the psychological pain from an ally (thus healing his/her wounds), and transforms it into a nightmare to unleash upon an enemy for substantial damage (not striker damage, but still a fair amount). This could either be worked as a daily or as a theme for an entire build of reworking allies' pain into attacks against foes. I called it the Pain Split, but that's besides the point. Charisma/Wisdom would mean that Kalashtar are really good at it, which would be optimal as the Psionic race they are. Charisma/Constitution would make Half-Elves optimal at a class besides Valorous Bard. |

I always felt the most interesting Divine Mind Aura back in 3.5 was the Communication Mantle Aura, which had telepathic communication between the party as it's ability. Somehow I feel that will be front and centre, for the Psionic leader. |

Auras would be cool, I don't think we have a class that uses them, at least not heavily. It would also make sense for the empath. Bolstering your team, maybe hindering the opponents. |

It was probably designed that way first, then as the design and the idea of the power source started to unfocus, they shoved it into the psionic power source. |
