I want the old modules in 4th edition, and I want them in hard cover

There I suppose the title says it all.

Ok I have the DMG/Monster Manuals and several Players books and several support works for the DM.

I have largely run out of books I truly actually need. Life being what it is, I have competing interests for my spending money. So Players Handbook 4 is almost certainly not going to float much of my cash, Monster Manual 3 might be also a bit too fringe.

Time to accept it Wizards, you have largely covered the basics.

Now we KNOW you are sitting on a massive mountain of past modules, some with famous names too.

I've thrown in my lot wth buying modules rather than continue to insist only I can write adventures worth a hoot.
It doesn't need to be material that has never seen the light of day before.
Yes the old modules might not have any surprises for some of the die hard cases, but I think you will find not all of the gaming community has played every last module ever written.
In a lot of cases, I have seen the modules cover, I know the modules name, I have never played it.

So dig into the archives, stick these things under the noses of your writers, and tell them to update the details to 4th and get er done.

I expect the same ole hardcover and quality of Dungeon Delve. But I want more.
If fortune is with me, and I can get my butt in gear, I will be spending this summer doing volunteer work at a youth center playing a sheetload of 4th edition.

I will need a lot more modules

You mean like this? The Tomb of Horrors is probably one of the best known modules for D&D, and here it is.

If this proves successful, I'd expect to see more.

Towards the end of 3rd Edition, we were seeing books like Expedition to Castle Ravenloft that were essentially the same thing, and I hope that this continues that tradition.

Yep Tomb of Horrors is inline with what I am talking about. Lots of gems from the past that belong as nice hard cover editions for me to use. Because NO, I do NOT want to spend my time converting old modules. Really, I don't

I would love an updated version of Desert of Desolation modules.

I'd like to see how Tomb of Horrors works out and then we'll see about updating the other old modules.

But at the same time, I fully support the OP. More adventures please! Especially of the quality of HS1.
