Any idea if/when there is gonna be rulebooks available that have errata included ?
Never. Unless they decide to go for a 4.5 edition.

I think he's talking about the possibility that future printings of the Player's Handbook (for example) would have the updates already incorporated into the main text. At the earliest, it would be when they do the next print run, which depends entirely on sales of the last print run. It could very well be never.
The problem with that though is that you could wind up with a group sitting around the table and half having the updated and half not having the updated PHB. From a marketing stance, it is simply easier to continue the out-dated text and allow individual groups to adopt the errata if they want to.
Of course WotC will print future source material that specifically references the errata, which is a de facto cattle prod forcing everyone to keep up whether they want to or not.

They've gone through a couple of print runs already. No updates.
It's just not worth it for them to shoot at a moving target.
Errata keeps being added to, so it would lead to the situation elemental elf describes, only worse: after a couple of years there'd be a bunch of different versions of each book, leading to utter confusion, not to mention the uproar from fans who would feel they "needed" to buy each new printing.
im still waiting for my core rulebook set,martial power, adventurers vault, phb2 and arcane power from amazon. The total errata amount for those was quite a shock for me. I guess the only option is to scan the page needing the errata into pdf editor and print a revised version of the appropriate section of text. Then glue it over the original page. Which kinda sucks, wotc could have saved me some time, ink and paper. Or... How about wotc give me a pdfcopy to boot witm my books so i can edit that , or sell me a cheap pdf-versions of those books so i can edit those and print em out at a bookbinder...! Oh but thats not possible anymore, so i guess the only place i can get those is the evil internet. Ok, serioisly i think the best solution would be: wotc itself publishes errata in pdf that can be printed out. Use scissors and cut your preformated piece of the page and glue.

I don't know if they will do it for 4E but later print runs in 3E did include errata.
But that was only after they released the deluxe leather editions which included errata. The regular books with errata actually had the "deluxe" interiors.
