I click on the link to the Dungeon Delve book due out next month:

http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=products/dndacc/9780786951390

And there is no description whatsoever on the book. Usally they put a little info on what kind of book it is.

As I understand it, Dungeon Delve is a collection of mini adventures (a short series of encounters). Each delve will have a few encounters that should take 3-4 hours to complete. There will be multiple delves per level and delves for every level 1-30. Dungeon #160 had a preview called Summers End, it was a delve for an 18th level party.

Yeah, I think it's about 120 encounters, or 4 for each level, each level on a map about the area as most of a tile set.

Sounds good to me!

Did you ask for a description?!?!

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0786951397/ref=s9_newr_c2_t2?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-6&pf_rd_r=0YEKKCG0AQFA7NRTTANQ&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=463383451&pf_rd_i=507846

There's a brief description of this item on Amazon.

It looks pretty good to me, too. I might just pick up one myself. ( a few new and classic monsters would be more incentive for me).

So it will use tile sets, but I can just rip the pages from the book (Figurativly) and use my own map to run these right?

David Christ told me he did some work on the book and was pimping it hard to us when we were playing LFR. He said a lot of the encounters are pretty interesting and include interesting terrain elements. The example he gave was a battle with a giant where the floor was crumbling away into a river of lava.

Well, you don't have to use the encounter layouts at all of course, just place the encounter creatures in whatever room you plan, and tweek their tactics to suit.

I know I could find the description of the book other places online. My point was that WOTC left out the info on the product on its own page.

heya webster, could you also pass ona request for descriptions for everything? We've had a decsription of the MoTP since june, I've been kind of dissapointed that the products page is so far behind (the products tab is still stuck in 08!)
