| #3inkblotJan 16, 2009 23:24:57 | No official setting, but it's dead easy to run a low-magic-item game. Every 5 levels, give the PCs a cumulative +1 enhancement bonus to attack, damage, and all defenses. Also give them a cumulative +1d6 damage on critical hits at the same time. You can still hand out some magic items anyway if you want to, for story reasons or whatever. They'll still provide interesting properties and powers, but won't stack with the PC's level based enhancement bonuses. |
