I would love to see see racial feats for the races in the monster manual. D&D insider would be a great place to release them.

We've gotten a couple through Dragon. Off the top of my head, I believe we have a few for Warforged, Drow, and Gnolls(I think). We will likely get more in the future.

I created my own for the Hobgoblin which I posted in the house rules section HERE

Hobgoblins are a huge part of my homebrewed world so I couldn't wait for DDI to release official ones. However when they do release them I'm sure some will be identical to the ones I have here as I just modified some powers from the MM.

I think you'll be able to create temporary ones like that until the official ones are released.

Warforged full writeup: Dragon #364 - updated stats, racial power, feats, paragon paths

Drow full writeup: Forgotten Realms Player's Guide - updated stats, feats, paragon paths

Gnoll full writeup: Dragon #367 - updated stats, feats (no paragon paths)

Minotaur full writeup: Dragon #369 - updated stats, racial power, feats, paragon paths

Note that the minotaur requires you to have an active DDI subscription to see.

Gnome and Shifter will be in Player's Handbook 2 along with some new races: goliath and half-orc plus one other race we don't have a name for yet.

That leaves 10 Monster Manual racial entries without full writeups at this point.

There's quite a lot of evidence pointing to Deva (reimagining of the Aasimar). This would also make sense since the Tieflings are already in the PH.

Not to mention an old quote to the effect that we'd be seeing 4E's Aasimar soon.

At this point, while not actually confirmed, it's basically assumed.
