Is any chance to see any mythological pantheons printed or online via dragon magazine? I would love to see the old good popular gods in 4th edition. (i hope not be like the crap at 3rd edition - i would prefer something more close to 2nd editions legends & lore) It would be interesting to see organizations like the one we see for the devil/abyssal lords...

Actually, there's already a great deal of work being put into this available on-line for free. It's not sponsored by Wizards, so you don't have the official stamp, but it's still a fair source. Check it out.

hehe... now you feel clever, eh? :P

what i am most interested in, is not the actual mythos but the transformation of these mythos at 4th edition. We have now Grazzt with his aspect, chosen, favorite monster, acolytes etc etc... i would love to see something similar for Ares, Zeus, Set etc etc...

Just a little bit of a joke, is all ;)

But if that's more what you're looking for, then you may just want to check out the older stuff and try your best to covert it. At this point, it doesn't seem like WotC is going to do much toward converting real pantheons (what, with all the other stuff that's slated to come out it wouldn't be around until at least late 2010), so homebrew is the way to go. Thankfully, you could probably get a fair amount of the work done by simply reflavoring the MM. Maybe describe Orcs as being grunt footsoldiers to Ares, describing them as having ram-like qualities and maybe even substituting one of their racial powers with a Minotaur power.

Edit: Also! Maybe check out some of the information in Scion to see if you can work around what's in there!

if we were some years before where i was student and had plenty of free time, probably i would made these convertions... but now that the time is sparse i prefer to devote myself to the story of our game!

btw what is scion?

Scion is a roleplaying game from White Wolf where you play the chosen-child-spawn of a god. It basically has information on the Greek, Norse, Japanese, Egyptian, Aztec, and Voodoo Pantheons. Or at least, small fraction of them. It's an interesting game. There's also Demigod and God which is like Scion Part II and Part III
