I found a JPG of it and had it blown-up to 11" x 17" but would love a full-sized poster map.

I would like to think that if "Gazetteer: Nentir Vale" was'nt cancelled you may have got your wish. Sadly I think making a blow up of the current one in the DMG is our best bet.
