Only the "player's handbook heroes" products will have three visibles. They are all you get in them.
The Other product will have a single (large sized) visible, and a bunch of randomized minis inside.

It releases on May 19, so I'm guessing previews might start a month before that.

They've been showing some of them at trade shows lately too www.ddmspoilers.com has those pictures.

Thanks. Not all that impressed by it though. I think I'll stick with the old packs whilever they're getting sold.

For example, a lot of the gallery pictures for Demonweb looks terrible, but in person the minis actually look quite good. Since that was the most recent set, it's not unlikely that this might hold for the next set as well.

FWIW, the photography (from both official and fan sources) for the most recent minis has sucked. Since that was the most recent set, it's not unlikely that this might hold for the next set as well.

It isn't so much the appearance, as the selection. I can get just as many useful minis from the old packs (statistically speaking), but in the old packs I get 2 free minis to boot. Also I see myself using the minis from the old pack a lot more often then I see myself using the minis in the Dungeon Delves set.
