| #2RichmudJul 11, 2008 13:20:08 | I expect drow will get a full treatment as a playable race |
| #3BelorinJul 11, 2008 13:42:03 | So far, the Drow, Genasi and the Shadar-Kai, although the Shadar-Kai may be in the PHB II instead. Bel |
| #4McShamJul 13, 2008 15:32:15 | My guesses are Drow, Genasi, and Orcs based off the newest novels where they are entering society. |
| #52goth4UJul 13, 2008 16:25:32 | I expect drow will get a full treatment as a playable race yes, that is a certainty. Drow As Player Characters reference: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/drfe/20071221 though we may have to wait until the Forgotten Realm's Player's Guide to get the full treatment. | #6dkohautJul 13, 2008 16:25:39 | I very much want the asimar back. |
| #72goth4UJul 13, 2008 16:29:13 | I wouldn't be surprised to find Wemic available either. |
| #8ranadielJul 13, 2008 18:08:33 | Did no one here see the powerpoint presentation where it said what would be in the Forgotten Realms Player's Guide? They specifically said Gensai and Drow, nothing more nothing less. And for the sake of completeness they also said it would include the Swordmage, paragon paths, at least one epic destiny(I believe only one though), and regional background feats(or something to that effect). I wouldn't get my hopes up for any classes or races beyond that. |
| #9GreenKnightJul 13, 2008 21:33:54 | Yeah, the've specifically said that there're only two new races in the FRPG. So if it's Drow and Genasi, then that's all there is. |
| #102goth4UJul 13, 2008 23:14:45 | I very much want the aasimar back. they are printing Manual of the Planes 4e and apparently there is a playable race included in it (source: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1040488) I suspect that's where you will find the Aasimar. |
