Still, some interesting things can be gleaned. I payed most attention to the Druid since it's my favorite DnD class, and it looks like it gets a class feature that wasn't in the preview (Balance of Nature). Also, there are several feats which suggest various alterations to Wild Shape (Heroic Tier: Enraged Boar Form, Ferocious Tiger Form). On the other hand, aside from Skittering Sneak there aren't really any other Utility powers that strongly suggest Wild Shape alterations. Personally, I kind of like feats giving you extra wild shape options better than utility powers. Powers, by their very nature, are more limited in application. With a feat you could gain mechanically different wild shapes to supplement differences in flavor at will. Without destroying balance, i.e. 3.x edition Wild Shape.
Utilities aside, there are some Dailies that look like they offer Wild Shape options (i.e. Level 9 "Primal Wolf"). I suspect that these will be beast form stances. In combination with various feat-derived benefits, it seems like Wild Shape gets a whole lot more fun :D
Another interesting feat for another one of my favorite classes: Bardic Knowledge! Combined with the Bard's Skill Versatility and Jack of All Trades, this is also looking quite entertaining

Strange that not all of the PHB2 classes were added.
It seems to me that they're concentrating on allowing (to a degree) companies that took advantage of the 3.5 OGL to continue on with 4th edition.
PHB2 seems to complete all of the OGL classes and races Wizards produced for the 3.5 OGL. As such if a company put out a book for the sorcerer, they can now convert that book to 4th edition.
Although they've put in some non-3.5 OGL stuff (eladrin, tieflings, dragonborn) it would seem that isn't going to continue on with PHB3, PHB4, etc.

Okay, the GSL revisions to date seems to be about allowing OGL products to be continued into 4e.
While yes there's only been one GSL revision to include new races and classes, I stand by the comment :P
