The table of contents is listed there.

Races don't list two Shifters, only one. I think that its more likely that the shifter will be +2 Wis, choice of +2 physical attribute. with feats to truly distugish there various sub varieties.

Can somebody actually post the ToC instead of a link? Or does that violate CoC. I'm at work, and get on the boards, but they deny access to the main website. Thanks.

Link

I'm not sure if it will let you get it there either though. I am unsure if my downloading and putting it elsewhere could be posted here, but lemme know if that works for ya.

You don't need it reposted, I'm pretty sure its not behind the paywall.

Thats not his issue, he is at work and his works firewalls are preventing access to wizards.com.

I didn't think they'd list them separately; after all, what good would it do? I imagine Shifters will be laid out a bit like Genasi are, although you're perhaps correct about ability scores. (There were more than two types of shifters in 3.5E, for example.) Perhaps paragon feats will allow shifters to gain the racial powers of other types of shifters?

I'm actually expecting feats like what they did with the four elven races of Faerun.

Nope no go on the new link. If somebody could provide the new PP for the avenger that would be great too.

Nope on the second link too. Thanks for tries so far. 3rd shift sucks sometimes.

I kind of expect three types of shifters (Str/Dex/Con versions).

I kind of expect three types of shifters (Str/Dex/Con versions).

One listed, taking two pages. I really expect if they do anything to facilitate three it will be +2 Wis +2 Any physical of choice, with feats to separate them.

Bah! What's all this obsessing over those mangy Shifters?

The important part that caught my eye is the "Appendix: Rule Updates"!

Well, since the Contents preview was free and didn't ask me for DDi login, I'll assume Wizards won't mind if I do this:

1: CHARACTER RACES . . . . . . . .
Show
Deva . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 8
Gnome . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 10
Being Small . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 11
Goliath . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 12
Half-Orc . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 14
Shifter . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 16

You rock Propane!

Now for some of my speculation...

Stoneblessed: people believe to be goliath specific. It was one of my faves in 3E, and hope it still has some of that flavor.

I like the idea of Verdant Lord as well for a warden.

Bard, Student of the Seven? Seven what exactly? Is this a PP for the con-based build or is that the Voice of Thunder and Warchanter.

The Demonskin adept sounds disturbing and cool...

Is Horned Champion for Warden's for minotaurs? I doubt it, probably has to do the Great Ram powers.
