#1 brotherjgizmo Jan 15, 2010 16:20:45	The January podcast mentioned that the PHB3 (along with a hefty feat section) will include an appendix with new rules and or clarifications and that a new column will appear in the magazines that does the same thing but on a more regular fashion.

They probably are just going to do what they did in PHB2 include clarifications on how to read powers and some important errata that was previously released. I'm suspecting they will just clarify some of the controversies about keywords, teleportation, multi-attacks etc...
#4 Duke5150 Jan 16, 2010 12:41:38	What they need to do is release a 4e Judge booklet, free as a download. Explaining rules that people have been bickering about forever on these forums. Basically if at best, it ends up as a RAI then wotc should release an offical announcement about it. So people will stop supporting false conclusions and so newer players will learn correctly instead of taking the wrong advice. I'm also not a fan of wasting page space on updated rules when errata works fine. I want new content in the phb3, not updated, recycled content on mechanics.
#5 brotherjgizmo Jan 16, 2010 21:10:16	I guess I just disagree, I think errata is good for powers, feats, PP's, etc... but htey don't really work for "THis is how you read a power" I relegate most of my errata book-keeping to the CB and Compendium already so separate clarifications along those other lines are very much appreciated by my part.

#9 mellored Jan 17, 2010 19:02:54	I see the monthly colum being a short thing about the more contentious rules, having something on vertical teleporting for instance, or keyword bonuses would be good. Perhaps answer some questions that appear regularly on the Q&A forum.  Things that may not need errated, but probably could use some clarification.
#10 Lesp Jan 19, 2010 3:20:21	What matters to me is that such a column is given explicit authority - equal weight with printed material, and ability to supercede it. One of 4e's strengths is the attention given to keeping the rules in shape, and I feel like this is an excellent step forward - if it's really an authoritative source, and not another source of potential ambiguities and conflicts.
#11 Plaguescarred1 Jan 19, 2010 20:22:51	I bet it will only be the Updates on Resist & Vulnerabliities, Dominate and Teleport featuring into January 2010's Update. Just hope they can finally clear up the weapon/impement issue.
