They have just released the 2E Player's Handbook in PDF. I am not sure if it is from the reprint in 2013. The cover in the image is not the 2013 cover.

An update. They changed the image and it is the cover from the 2013 printing. WOOT 
I received the e-mail about this pdf release as well. To be honest, I didnt know about the 2013 release but I'm glad I saw the e-mail and your post Torg. I picked up the actual book for 25 which included shipping to add it to my library.
