Could someone from WoTC please pass this message on to Mike Mearls and his bosses? thanks.

I've been DM'ing 4th ed. for a while now and I was very pleased with the new Hammerfast supplement. I didn't know what to expect, but what I found was a well written product that reminded me of the old 1st and 2nd edition modules. The hex map of the region, the clean B+W line drawings, and the layout in general was very old school and very well done. The info inside was great and really brought the city to life, especially the NPC's. The poster map was perfect, having a multi-use tavern on one side, but a fantastic full city map on the other. I plan on sending my PC's to this town ASAP.

Overall, this product is very useful to me as a DM and I would love to see more like this in the future. Keep up the good work.

Suggestion: Add 2 more pages with nothing but stat blocks for some of the monsters mentioned in the campaign hooks. Maybe in an upcoming dungeon magazine?

Agreed.  If you were wondering if this was worth the 10 or 12 bucks...it completely is.

Nice as a simple pass through supliment, or a nice framework for levels 1-10.

Well done, Wotcy, well done!

I will have to be the fourth to agree that this supplement is fun and unique. I especially like the dragonbourne adventure path.

I used to love the Greyhawk boxed set from second edition with its city maps and everything.  Hammerfast taps into the essence of products like this and exploits the nostalgia factor.  Good Job!

I seem to recall another product similiar to this in the product lineup.  www.amazon.com/gp/product/078695549X/ref...
