I would really like to see this... or an official conversion of the encounters. It would fit in well with the 4th edition game I am DM'ing.

Anyone have any thoughts, or know of any unofficial conversions? I know ENWorld forums had some talk of this, but I've yet to see anything finished.

Wizards -- this would make a great Dungeon article!!!

Make it happen!!!!

maybe in a year or so; Dungeon is going to be issuing an adventure path over the next while which is set in Elsir Vale and follows about a generation after the events of RHOD.

They have at least the first two chapters pretty close to done at ENWorld.

Encounters are really easy to design in 4E. Just go for it, I'm going to.

Oh man! I was planning to run Red Hand of Doom before 4e came out but we never got to it. Now with minions I think it will be perfect! I plan on doing my own 4e conversion on all the major players and monsters.

I don't think it will be that hard to convert stuff. I'm going to have to adjust things anyway since my players are level 9-level 10.
