The sorcerer gets a lot of ranged area powers so it can rival the wizard. Better damage but fewer special effects.

I only skimmed the rest of the classes. There is a build to make a ranged weapon bard but it didn't really rock my boat. I've only really looked at the bard and the sorcerer since those were the classes I'm considering switching too.

I'm only 5th level so I'm not really looking at paragon paths.

The wizard class feats were posted on insider already.
